Directions for Use
Defrost at room temperature for approx. 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Cook from defrost. Remove from packaging. Cooking instructions are a guide only as appliances may vary. Shallow fry: Preheat 1 tbsp of olive oil or a knob of butter in a frying pan. Cook prawns over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously. Grill: Place under a preheated, medium grill. Grill for 8 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. As a guide, raw prawns turn from grey to pink when cooked. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat
