Chefs’ Selections Hits The Road

For the past few months our Own Brand Marketing Manager, Rebecca Woollam and Marketing Assistant, Neve Robinson have been touring up and down the country presenting Chefs’ Selections products to customers at our members’ fantastic tradeshows. With the invaluable help of our skilled Development Chef, Steve Owen, the team has showcased dynamic new recipes based on research-backed food trends for 2025 – all made with Chefs’ Selections ingredients.

They have served up delicious dishes using the new Chefs’ Selections King Prawns and our Battered Mini Chicken Fillets. These dishes have been revamped for 2025 by adding exciting flavours such as sweet and spicy gochujang sauce, all of this has been presented alongside trusted staples such as our Chefs’ Selections Buttermilk Pancakes. All dishes were made fresh to serve on Chefs’ Selections new tradeshow stand and we’re delighted that the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive.

The team have also been showcasing the sleek new look Roast 440 coffee beans that launched earlier this year. “The popularity of this stand amongst customers has been massive, and some great conversations have taken place – particularly surrounding the brand-new Single Origin Honduras Coffee Beans. Fresh coffees have been served all day by the barista team and qualified Q Grader!” said Rebecca Woollam, Own Brand Marketing Manager.
