Chefs’ Selections Celebrates Dual Success at the Great Taste Awards!

We are thrilled to announce that two of our innovative vegan desserts have been awarded the prestigious 1-star accolade at the Great Taste Awards. Our Vegan & Gluten Free Lemon & Berry Dessert and Vegan Speculoos Traybake have both been recognised for their exceptional quality and delightful taste, setting new standards in the free-from and plant-based food categories.

The Lemon & Berry Dessert was praised for its light lemon filling, summer fruit compote, and golden biscuit crumb, with judges calling it a “good example of a ready dessert to be enjoyed by both vegans and dairy eaters.”

The Vegan Speculoos Traybake impressed with its moist sponge, speculoos-flavoured frosting, and even crumb distribution. Judges loved its “very attractive presentation” and subtle spiciness.

The Great Taste awards is the world’s largest and most trusted food and drink accreditation scheme. Renowned for its rigorous judging panel, products are put to the test by a panel of more than 500 food and drink experts, including chefs, buyers, food writers and retailers.
